- Now: Complete the Tasks (checkboxes) for your tour by reviewing or filling in your information as soon as you have it.
- 90 days prior to your tour start (120 days for bike and boat): you'll receive a final payment reminder email. You can make a payment in this portal. Once your payment is received you'll get a confirmation email.
- 90 days prior to your tour start: the option to change your bike will be closed in the Portal.
- 30 days prior to your tour start: the option to complete or update the rest of your information will be closed in the Portal. If all your Tasks are checked off, we should have all the information we need. Our Traveler Services team will review all your information and contact you if there are any questions.
- About 14 days prior to your tour start: the access for your RidewithGPS Experience will be posted to the Portal.
